The high-efficiency filter-type oil mist collector is designed to meet the purification demands of fastener processing, metal cutting, and similar industrial applications. Manufactured with fully automated CNC equipment, the system incorporates high-quality electrical components from internationally renowned brands such as Teco and Schneider. The optimized internal structure, combined with Airsene's proprietary purification technology, enables the equipment to rapidly intercept oil mist generated during production and separate it for collection and reuse.
The equipment delivers a purification efficiency exceeding 95% and is capable of filtering particles as fine as 0.01 microns, effectively eliminating visible smoke emissions. Certified and tested in accordance with national environmental standards, the filter mist collector provides reliable compliance assurance for industrial users. During operation, it features low system resistance and energy-efficient performance, ensuring stable airflow and consistent purification results even during prolonged continuous use.
