Wet Electrostatic Oil Mist Purifier is a dedicated purification equipment developed for high-temperature and dust-containing mixed oil fume scenarios. It adopts a combined process of wet spray pretreatment + high-voltage electrostatic deep purification. Different from conventional dry electrostatic equipment, it can effectively cope with complex oil fume working conditions with dust and a certain temperature.

This Wet Electrostatic Oil Mist Purifier is equipped with a water washing spray layer at the front end. After oil fume enters, it first undergoes water washing for cooling and dust removal, removing large particle dust and part of oil stains. It not only reduces the temperature of oil fume, but also reduces the blockage and wear caused by dust entering the rear electric field. The remaining fine oil mist then enters the high-voltage electrostatic field to complete deep adsorption, with an overall purification efficiency of over 95%.

We have optimized the anti-corrosion design and water circulation structure of the equipment for wet working conditions, so that Wet Electrostatic Oil Mist Purifier has stronger temperature resistance and dust resistance, and the electric field maintenance cycle is greatly extended.
