Airsene Environmental Technology's CNC mist collector is a high-performance industrial air purification system developed for CNC machining applications in sectors such as fastener production, metalworking, and automotive manufacturing. Utilizing physical separation principles, the system combines inertial impact and centrifugal separation technologies to effectively remove oil mist generated during machining, achieving both air purification and oil recovery. Engineered for user convenience, the collector features a plug-in installation design that simplifies setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance, reducing operational effort and downtime. Noise levels are kept low, with all models under 68 dB(A); for example, the LMP-037-II operates at 58 dB(A) and the LMP-150-II at 65 dB(A), helping create a quieter and safer workshop environment.

The system is compatible with a wide range of oil mist types, including both water-soluble and oil-based emissions, and achieves purification efficiencies of up to 99%. This ensures longer equipment lifespan, stable machining accuracy, and improved workplace safety. The product line includes several models to accommodate varying operational needs, such as LMP-037-II, LMP-075-II, LMP-150-II, and LMP-220-II, with select units compatible with the LEP-312 specification. All models support three-phase 380V or 220V, 50Hz power, and can be integrated into existing production setups with ease.
