Airsene's CNC Oil Mist Purifier is a high-efficiency industrial air treatment system engineered for applications in fastener production, metalworking, and automotive manufacturing. Leveraging physical separation principles, it integrates inertial collision and centrifugal separation technologies to capture and remove oil mist generated during machining, simultaneously purifying exhaust air and recovering oil. This combination supports regulatory compliance, enhances workplace safety, and reduces operational costs.

The system is designed for ease of use, with a plug-and-play installation that streamlines setup, routine cleaning, and maintenance without requiring specialized personnel. All models operate quietly, below 68 dB(A), with the LMP-037-II at 58 dB(A) and the LMP-220-II at 65 dB(A), contributing to a more comfortable and productive workshop environment.

Capable of handling both water-soluble and oil-based mist, the purifier achieves up to 99% efficiency, helping preserve equipment precision, maintain product quality, and protect operator health. The series offers a range of models-including LMP-037-II, LMP-075-II, LMP-150-II, and LMP-220-II-with some units compatible with the LEP-312 specification. All models operate on a three-phase 380V/220V, 50Hz power supply.

For example, the LMP-037-II provides 0.37 kW rated power, 500 m³/h airflow, 1100 Pa static pressure, a Φ100 mm inlet (optional Φ200 mm), and dimensions of 753 × 425 × 465 mm. The LMP-220-II delivers 2.2–3 kW, 2000 m³/h airflow, 1800 Pa static pressure, a Φ200 mm inlet, and measures 1090 × 543 × 945 mm. This variety of configurations enables the series to accommodate CNC machines of different sizes and production environments, offering flexible and dependable oil mist management solutions for diverse industrial settings.
