Airsene's oil mist collection system for industrial machinery is designed to support environmental protection requirements across a wide range of manufacturing applications, including machine tool cleaning and processing in the fastener, metalworking, and automotive sectors. Based on physical separation principles, the system integrates inertial impact and centrifugal separation technologies to efficiently remove oil mist produced during equipment operation. This approach enables both effective exhaust air purification and oil recovery, offering manufacturers a sustainable and efficient solution for oil mist control.

The equipment adopts a plug-in installation structure that simplifies setup and maintenance, allowing routine inspection and cleaning to be carried out without specialized tools. Quiet operation is another key advantage, with overall noise levels kept below 68 dB(A). Certain models operate even more quietly-for example, the LMP-037-II runs at approximately 58 dB(A), while the LMP-220-II maintains a noise level around 65 dB(A)-contributing to a more comfortable workshop environment.

Capable of treating both water-based and oil-based mist pollutants, the system delivers purification efficiency of up to 99%, effectively minimizing the negative effects of oil mist on equipment performance, product surface quality, and operator health. The product lineup includes models such as LMP-037-II, LMP-075-II, LMP-150-II, and LMP-220-II, with selected versions compatible with the LEP-312 configuration. All units support three-phase 380V or 220V, 50Hz power supplies.
