Cold Header Integrated Oil Mist & Fume Collector

The Cold Header Integrated Oil Mist & Fume Collector is an all-in-one fume and mist collection and purification system tailor-made for multi-station cold heading machines in the fastener industry. It integrates the gas collecting hood and purification main unit into one structure, eliminating the need for complex gas collection pipelines and brackets. It can be directly mounted on the top exhaust port of cold heading machines, greatly reducing installation cost and construction time. This equipment integrates three treatment stages: primary oil interception, medium-efficiency fiber filtration and high-voltage electrostatic adsorption. The internal flow path is optimized for high-concentration fume and mixed oil mist from cold heading processes. Fume passes through each purification stage at uniform speed, and oil droplets, mist and fine metal particles are fully intercepted and adsorbed, delivering a stable purification efficiency of over 95%. Drawing on 10 years of practical experience in industrial fume treatment, we have optimized the internal structure for anti-clogging performance. With drawer-type detachable filtration modules, daily maintenance and cleaning do not require professional personnel, enabling simple operation suitable for 24-hour continuous high-intensity production in cold heading workshops.

In actual production, the collector enables independent per-machine control: each cold heading machine is paired with one unit, no centralized system startup is required. Units can be flexibly started and stopped according to production schedules, effectively reducing overall energy consumption and operation & maintenance costs.
