Mechanical Filter Purifier Cleaning Method

Cleaning Method:
Power Off: Always unplug the power cord before cleaning.

Disassembly: Carefully remove the HEPA or activated carbon filter.

Dust Removal: Use the vacuum cleaner on a low setting with a soft brush attachment to gently remove surface dust from the filter. You can also lightly tap the edges of the filter outdoors to shake off the dust.

Air-Drying (Activated Carbon Only): For activated carbon filters, place them in a cool, ventilated area for several hours to remove moisture. Do not expose them to direct sunlight, as this accelerates adsorption saturation. If the filter is visibly blackened, heavier, or has a sour smell, it is ineffective and must be replaced rather than cleaned.

Installation: After cleaning, reinstall the filter back in its original position.
