The maintenance of mechanical filter purifiers is key to ensuring their efficient and stable operation, mainly involving daily inspections, regular cleaning and maintenance of key components.
Routine maintenance
Operation status inspection: check whether the equipment is damaged or loose in the connection part every day or every shift, and monitor the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. If the pressure difference is often high, it usually indicates that the filter element is blocked and needs to be dealt with in time
Clean the exterior: Regularly remove dust, oil and other debris from the equipment casing to prevent contaminants from entering the interior and affecting performance
Operation record: The operator should record the operating time, pressure, temperature and other parameters of the equipment, and report the abnormal noise or vibration immediately
Regular maintenance
Filter Element/Bag Maintenance: This is the core link. Depending on the dust concentration, it is checked every 1-2 weeks for mild environments and every 2-3 days for high-concentration environments. When the ash accumulation is serious, it is necessary to clean the ash (such as pulse spraying, vibration dusting) or replace the filter element. Damaged filters must be replaced immediately, otherwise filtration efficiency will be greatly reduced
Electromagnetic pulse valve inspection: For pulse injection equipment, it is necessary to regularly check whether the pulse valve is working properly (the normal blowing sound should be crisp), and clean the moisture and oil in the compressed air system to prevent valve blockage. It is recommended to check the solenoid coil every 3-6 months
Fan and pipe inspection: Regularly check whether the fan blades accumulate dust and deform, whether the bearings lack oil (it is recommended to add lubricating oil every 1-2 months), and monitor the change in air volume. Also check the connecting pipes for corrosion, scaling, or blockages
Seals and instruments: Regularly check whether the sealing ring and gasket of the equipment are aged or deformed to prevent leakage. Instruments such as pressure gauges and thermometers should also be calibrated regularly to ensure accurate data
